COVID-19 WEDDING POLICY
Weddings to be held during lockdown periods or with other social distancing requirements
If you have a booked wedding and the date falls within a lockdown, or government-mandated health guidelines that affect your plans, we are happy to put your booking on hold pending notification of a new wedding date.
If you would like to cancel your wedding entirely, we require two weeks notice. Our terms state that your wedding booking of 30% is non-refundable. However, as a gesture of good will, we will reduce your non-refundable amount to $100 to cover our administrative expenses and flower pre-orders.
As government restrictions on social distancing and mask-wearing are now in place, if your wedding is less than two weeks away and you wish to fully cancel your order, the booking payment of 30% is non-refundable.
Weddings to be held after health guidelines end
At this stage, the Government has considered that events scheduled in the next six months may be impacted by the COVID-19 shutdowns. As your wedding is outside of the six-month period, we would advise you at this time to leave your booking and wedding date secured for now, and review it a little closer to the date.
We are happy to hold your order pending notification of a new wedding date for no additional fee or charge, however; if you would still like to cancel your order entirely, our general terms and conditions apply and your wedding booking of 30% is non-refundable.
We will assess each request for postponement or cancellation on a case by case basis. If you have concerns about your wedding date, email us with your enquiry.
